The Weddings & Events Venue offers a beautiful and affordable location for clients planning their special day. Centrally located in Virginia Beach, VA, the space can accommodate up to 75 guests depending on your type of event. The space is ideal for intimate weddings and celebratory events.

Additional Information:
A $300 service and maintenance fee is added to the rental cost to ensure the venue remains in pristine condition.

Custom Event Package for up to 50 Guests

Starting at $150 Hourly Mon - Thru 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Fri- Sun 11:00 am - 11:00 pm

Plus $300 Service & Maintenance Fee

  • Guest Count: This package is designed for up to 50 guests. The guest count is discussed and agreed upon on the contract. If the guest count changes from the agreed-upon number, there will be an adjustment in the package price.

  • Includes -  1 hour for setup and  1 hour for Breakdown time.

  • Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Rehearsal Dinners Social Gatherings, Celebration of Life, Art Gala, Corporate Events and more.

  • Guest Count: This package is designed for up to 30 guests. The guest count is discussed and agreed upon on the contract. If the guest count changes from the agreed-upon number, there will be an adjustment in the package price.

  • 3 Hour Appointment: Includes 30 minutes in the Dressing Suite before the Ceremony (dressing room is locked and off-limits during events), then 2.5 hour for ceremony starts promptly on time,  photos after your ceremony and cocktail hour.

  • Already decorated space for ceremony 

  • Use of silk bouquets

  • Guest Count: This package is designed for 40 guests. The guest count is discussed and agreed upon on the contract. If the guest count changes from the agreed-upon number, there will be an adjustment in the package price.

  • 7 Hour Appointment: Includes: 1.5 hour set up for contractor,  1 hour in the Dressing Suite before the Ceremony, 30 minutes for ceremony, 1 hour Photos & Cocktail hour, 3 Reception and 1 hour breakdown.

  • Ceremony by Licensed ordained, non-denominational Minister Anna Castillo-Lora.

  • Event Decoration:
    Clients are required to provide their own licensed decorator or may request Weddings & Events in-house services for event decoration.
     Licensed Decorator Requirement: Clients must ensure their decorator is fully licensed and insured.

  • Weddings & Events In-House Services: Full-service decoration packages are available upon request, including design consultation, setup, and teardown.

  • Use of silk bouquets
